Our Clients Say
Individual Nutrition Coaching:
$150 per month
Team Nutrition Coaching:
8-9 athletes $150 each per month
10-11 athletes 135 each per month
12+ athletes $120 each per month
Time frame:
3 months (12 weeks) with weekly check-ins.
Excel Sheet: Each athlete will be provided an excel sheet to fill out their macros, water intake, sugar, sleep, exercise minutes. Athletes will send excel sheet to Dr. Doc weekly.
