Why Join One-on-One Strength and Conditioning Program?
Dr. Doc's Program includes:​

  • Initial evaluation to find any muscle imbalances, mobility deficits, and areas of weakness.

  • Performance testing including speed, strength, and endurance.

  • Individualized training towards the athlete's specific sport and position.

  • Regular check-ins to assess progress and goal setting.

  • Injury prevention training and education on nutrition, sleep, and recovery.​​

60 minute sessions:
