Dr. Karley Dougherty - PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CSNC
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach
Raised in Akron, Ohio, Karley attended Walsh University where she received both her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Karley was captain on the D2 Track and Field Team, claiming the school record in the Javelin throw and being 1st Team All Conference. She moved to Texas in 2021 to complete an Orthopedic Residency and advanced her skills in evidence-based practice, manual techniques, and research.
Karley suffered numerous season-ending injuries and setbacks as a young athlete. This flamed her passion into research and education to provide the best injury prevention programs. Her mission is to help young athletes reach their greatest potential without being sidelined by injuries. Her program is designed to educate athletes on proper lifting technique, jumping and cutting mechanics, and appropriate off-season conditioning to keep kids healthy on and off the field.
Dr. Doc strives to provide athletes with the best program for injury prevention through personalized education, strengthening, plyometrics, and conditioning.
