Why Join this Strength and Conditioning Program?
Dr. Doc's Program includes:​

Doctorate level knowledge of proper weight training.

Individualized training towards the athlete's specific sport.

Training logs are provided to track progress and hit goals.

Injury prevention training and education.​​

Designed for athletes >12 years old in any sport.
-Sessions are capped at a maximum of 12 athletes to optimize results through focused coaching and proper form.​

Mondays:
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesdays:
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Thursdays:
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays:
9:00 - 10:00 a.m.​
10:00 -11:00 a.m.
